Management Team
John Carolan is a qualified accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree.
John has over 14 years experience working in a number of diverse, indigenous and multinational organisations at senior management level and built up a wealth of knowledge in a number of different industries. This experience has given John the ability to critically analysis a company's systems and controls and introduces, develop and implement improvements that have lead to increased productivity and better financial and business information.
John believes that regular communication with all clients is hugely important and providing clients with a clear financial picture of where their business is at and how it is performing.
Pauline Brady, MIICM has over twenty years experience in credit management. Pauline originally started her career in insurance and has worked in other sectors such as Banking, Hospitality, Outdoor advertising and Media. Her knowledge and experience in this area has proved to be very advantageous in all of the businesses she had worked in and the systems and controls she implemented proved very successful and greatly reduced their bad debt risk and improved cash flow. Whilst Pauline continued to work in the Credit area, she continued her studies and became qualified in both the HR and Payroll function. Pauline's wide range of knowledge gained in working in different sectors has given her an excellent understanding and knowledge of business, finance and administration from which Solve's clients can draw on.
